You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.
Open MyPet360, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Follow the prompts to confirm.
Can’t open the app? Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.
privacy@mypet360.appYour account and personal data, including pet profiles, health records, reminders, and uploaded documents.
Personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
