• Memory entries and photos in your pet's timeline
• Symptom descriptions entered in the AI symptom checker
• Subscription status, trial activation date and billing metadata collected to administer MyPet360.app's 15-day introductory trial and subscription services

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data in anonymized form
• Crash reports to improve reliability
• IP address for security purposes

• All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion

• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for up to 24 months

Users under 18 require parent or guardian supervision to use MyPet360.app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. Data breach notification: In the event of a data breach affecting New York residents we will notify affected individuals and the New York Attorney General in accordance with the requirements of the SHIELD Act and New York General Business Law § 899-aa.
