By downloading, installing or using MyPet360.app you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use MyPet360.app.

Users under 18 may access MyPet360.app only under parent or legal guardian supervision.

These terms apply to all users of MyPet360 including free and paid subscribers. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

MyPet360 is a pet health and wellness application that provides:

• AI-powered pet symptom checker for informational guidance
• Vaccination record tracking and sharing
• Health dashboard for vet visits, medications and weight
• Daily routine manager for feeding, walks and medications
• GPS-powered local services directory
• Emergency mode with nearest vet finder
• Document vault for pet records
• Pet memory timeline

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Users under 18 require parent or guardian supervision to use MyPet360.app
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to use MyPet360 only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm other users or our service. You agree not to:

• Use MyPet360 for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading or inaccurate pet health information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
• Use automated means to access or scrape MyPet360
• Transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Resell or commercially exploit the MyPet360 service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

15-day free trial: MyPet360.app offers a 15-day introductory trial. A credit card is required at signup. Billing begins on day 16. Subscription status, trial activation date and billing metadata are collected to administer the trial and subscription services.

Starter360: After the 15-day trial limited access continues. Emergency and GPS features remain free always.

Premium360 subscription: $6.99 per month after the 15-day trial. Includes all premium features.

Family360 subscription: $9.99 per month after the 15-day trial. Includes family sharing and parent dashboard.

• All payments processed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

You own all content you create in MyPet360 including pet profiles, health records, photos and memory entries. By using MyPet360 you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

• We do not claim ownership of your content
• We do not use your content for advertising or marketing without your explicit permission
• You can export or delete your content at any time
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add

MyPet360 and all its content, features and functionality — including the app design, logo, text and software — are owned by MyPet360.app and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from MyPet360 without our permission
• The MyPet360 name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary assets of MyPet360.app of MyPet360.app
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used to improve MyPet360 without compensation to you

MyPet360 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any health information provided through the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law MyPet360.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of MyPet360.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of MyPet360 shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in Settings. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

• Upon termination your right to use MyPet360 ends immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination — including health disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of New York. By using MyPet360.app you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

NY SHIELD Act: MyPet360.app complies with the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act (SHIELD Act). We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information.

Data breach notification: In the event of a data breach affecting New York residents we will notify affected individuals and the New York Attorney General in accordance with New York General Business Law § 899-aa.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email and display a prominent notice in the MyPet360 app at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of MyPet360 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
